Patagonia® Men's Stretch SST Jacket

The versatile SST comes in a light, soft and packable waterproof/breathable fabric originally developed for alpine climbers; it affords full stretch for unimpeded casting. Generous, gusseted chest pockets are streamlined for minimal bulk, and easy one-handed access. The left vertical front pocket has an inside pocket for tippets. Reversed StretchCoat® gussets seal out water at the wrists; a protective cuff prevents line snags. Details: a hood that folds into the collar and fits over a variety of hats, fleece-lined handwarmer pockets, abundant D-rings, a hidden rod holder and a hook-and-loop closing back pocket with a secure flap. All exterior zippers are waterproof. A Houdini® drawcord hem shortens the length when you need to wade deep.

Shell: 3-layer 4.2-oz 50-denier stretch nylon with H2No® waterproof/breathable barrier with Deluge® DWR (durable water repellant) finish.

Storm flap over front zipper has intermittent hook-and-loop closure; large gusseted chest pockets (set high for wading) carry large fly boxes.
Interior left waterproof chest pocket with horizontal zippered closure; for cell phone, small camera and other personal items.
Exterior right pocket has outside tippet pocket with zippered closure; handwarmer pockets are lined with quick-drying brushed polyester for warmth.
Two D-rings at front for floaters and accessories; D-ring on back for attaching net; reversed StretchCoat® cuff fabric with skin side out to prevent water entry at wrists.
Large back pocket for carrying extra clothing; anatomically curved elbows; Y-Joint™ sleeves.
Hidden rod holder at inside waist and left front pocket; relaxed fit for layering.
